Rocklands Field Systems designs its workstations and accessories for real-world outdoor use and long service life. We stand behind our gear, and if something doesn't meet that standard, we want to hear about it.

2. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that all content is free from errors or omissions.

• Product colors and finishes may appear differently due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
• Dimensions and weights are approximate and may vary slightly from actual measurements.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect every configuration or included component.
• Accessories or components shown in images may be sold separately unless expressly stated.
• Rocklands Field Systems may update product designs over time. Replacement or successor products may differ in appearance or construction from originals.
• If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it in unused, unmodified condition in accordance with our Returns Policy below. 

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

• Promotional pricing is valid for a limited time and may not be combined with other offers unless stated.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities on any order.
• Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are calculated at checkout and are not included in listed product prices.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

4. Outdoor Use, Safety & Suitability

Rocklands Field Systems products are built for outdoor and field use. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended environment and application. Please read all assembly instructions and safety guidelines before use.

• Products should be secured or stored appropriately during severe weather including high winds, storms, and extreme temperatures.
• Regular inspection and maintenance is the owner's responsibility. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper care or neglect.
• Stated weight capacities and load ratings must be strictly observed. Exceeding these limits may result in product failure or personal injury and voids warranty coverage.
• Products should be used on stable, level surfaces unless designed for other applications.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel good about what you buy — and even better using it in the field. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns on unused, unmodified products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be in original condition with no signs of use, modification, or field wear.
• Original packaging is preferred when possible.
• Clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item or need a different configuration, we're glad to help with an exchange subject to availability. Contact us to get started.

What's Not Returnable

Because our products are built for outdoor use, we cannot accept returns for:

• Products that have been used outdoors or in the field.
• Products showing field wear, environmental exposure, or damage.
• Modified or altered products.
• Products purchased through third-party retailers or resale marketplaces — these must be returned through the original point of purchase.
• Clearance or final-sale items.

Returns vs. Warranty Claims

Returns and warranty claims are different processes. Returns apply to unused products within 30 days of delivery. If your product has been used and fails due to a defect, please refer to our Limited Two-Year Warranty below.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a verified defect or our error.
• For approved warranty claims, Rocklands Field Systems will cover reasonable shipping costs where permitted by law.
• International Orders

For international orders, including Canada, return shipping costs, duties, and applicable taxes are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a verified defect. Rocklands Field Systems is not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or restrictions in the destination country.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

6. Limited Two-Year Warranty

We stand behind our tables and accessories. Rocklands Field Systems warrants to the original purchaser that its workstations and accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase, when used under normal, intended conditions.

If a product becomes non-functional due to a covered defect during the warranty period, Rocklands Field Systems will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or a comparable product.

Warranty Eligibility

• Applies to original purchasers only.
• Warranty service is available only for products purchased directly from Rocklands Field Systems. Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned or serviced through the original point of purchase. Products purchased through resale sites or third-party marketplaces are not covered.
• This warranty applies only within the United States.
• Effective for purchases made on or after January 1, 2026.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including changes due to aging, weather, or environmental exposure.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function or safety, including scratches, scuffs, stains, or discoloration.
• Misuse, including exceeding stated weight capacities.
• Accidental damage not caused by a product defect, including damage from animals, sharp objects, fire, or embers.
• Use outside the product's intended purpose.
• Lost or stolen products.
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs, including third-party repairs.

Rocklands Field Systems reserves the right to deny warranty claims where damage results from misuse, modification, or failure to follow product instructions.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

Where permitted by law, Rocklands Field Systems will cover reasonable shipping or transportation costs associated with approved warranty claims.

Warranty Legal Terms

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Rocklands Field Systems. Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the two-year duration of this warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocklands Field Systems shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the product. No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify this warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rocklands Field Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, any product purchased from this website.
• Product damage or failure resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper assembly.
• Injuries or property damage resulting from use or misuse of our products.
• Unauthorized modification or alteration of our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
