Do you ship internationally?
Yes, shipping rates and times will be calculated during checkout.
What are current shipping times?
We launched with a kickstarter in April 2026, and our first products will take 6-8 months to ship, after December 2026 we anticipate having a steady inventory available and will be able to ship quickly. On checkout you’ll see an inventory update and will have a chance to determine if you’d like to continue before your order is finalized.

Are accessories interchangeable between tables?
Yes. Accessories are designed to work across compatible table models within the system. This keeps your setup flexible and future-proof as you add or change components.
I see some pictures on the site of things that aren’t for sale yet, when can I expect more accessories?
We’re working feverishly to bring more products to the line-up. That said, we strongly believe in not releasing things until they’re up to our exacting standards. Feel free to check back often because this is only the beginning!
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Returns
We accept returns on unused, unmodified products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition
- Products must not show signs of use, modification, or field wear
- Original packaging is preferred when possible
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out — we’re happy to help.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item or need a different configuration, we’re glad to help with an exchange, subject to availability.
What’s Not Returnable
Because our products are built for outdoor use, we can’t accept returns for:
- Products that have been used outdoors
- Products showing field wear, environmental exposure, or damage
- Modified or altered products
- Clearance or final-sale items
That said — if something feels off, don’t hesitate to contact us. We stand behind our gear.
Warranty
We stand behind our tables and accessories.
If your Rocklands Field Systems product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect within two (2) years from the original date of purchase, we’ll work with you to repair or replace it.

- Applies to original purchasers
- Designed for real-world outdoor use
Normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications aren’t covered — but if something feels off, reach out. We’re here to help.

Returns vs. Warranty
Returns and warranty claims are different:
- Returns apply to unused products within 30 days
- Warranty claims apply to manufacturing or material defects over the usable lifetime of the product
If your product fails due to a defect, our Limited Lifetime Warranty applies — even if it’s been used.
A Final Note
We design our products for real-world use and long service life. If something doesn’t meet that standard, we want to hear about it — even if it doesn’t neatly fit into a policy box. Please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@rocklands.life.
Product Care & Maintenance
Materials
The CS is comprised of three primary materials
- 6061-T6 Aluminum for the sheetmetal, legs, axels, A-Rail extrusions.
- 18-8 Stainless Steel for the inner corner brackets
- MEGA-SUPER PLASTIC for the handle inserts, corners, leg stays, shelf caps, spring housings and feet.
Cleaning
Every part is safe to wash and wipe down with soap and water. Please dry it promptly.
Parts
The moving parts of the table are designed to be removable/replaceable. That said, if you remove the hinge-bolts or through-axels, when you re-install them, please use a light-binding agent to help minimize any “walking” on the bolts. Products like Loc-Tite® (RED) work well.
With time the washers separating the hinge brackets from the a-rails and the axle bushings might wear out and need to be replaced. This can be done easily with a washer-replacement kit available here or send our customer support team an email and we’ll get you taken care of. and generally store it in a dry place to ensure minimal calcification in the wearing parts.
Additional Notes
The ACME thread on the feet is designed for easy adjustment and to clear dirt/debris well, but it's still possible to gum them up, if that happens, just unscrew the foot completely and rinse that and the inside threads with water and a brush and that should alleviate any problems.
